The follow-up is automatic. Builders get a reminder before the build day, and past builders get a note when a bay still needs someone. You pick the timing; nobody gets nagged twice.

Questions clubs ask
What does Stage Builders cost?
Nothing. It's free for clubs and free for builders — no tier, no trial clock. MatchChaser earns its keep on optional shooter memberships elsewhere in the app; the club side stays free.
Do our shooters need MatchChaser accounts?
Yes, a free account — that's what a signup is attached to. It takes a minute: email and password, or one tap with Google. No membership or payment is ever needed to build stages.
Who sees our builders' contact info?
Club admins see the name and email of anyone who signs up for a bay, so you can reach your builders — and shooters are told exactly that on the signup form. Publicly, guests see builders as first name and last initial; logged-in shooters see display names.
Someone else already registered our club — what now?
Every club is approved by hand, and registration asks the person's role with the club plus an attestation that they have permission. If a club was claimed by the wrong person anyway, open a claim ticket from the club page footer and we'll sort it out.
Does this replace PractiScore?
No. PractiScore handles match registration and scoring. Stage Builders covers the part nobody had a tool for — getting the stages built before the match. They work side by side.
Can we turn features off, or stop using it?
Yes. Each club can switch individual features on or off for its own page (stage layouts, the leaderboard, announcements), and if you stop posting build days the page simply goes quiet. No lock-in.
